课程概述
跨文化交际导论是郑州师范学院建设的一门省级精品在线开放课程,2021年被认定为河南省线上线下混合式一流本科课程,2022年被认定为河南省线上一流本科课程。该课程依托立体化教学资源,多模块在线教学,旨在培养学习者的跨文化意识,丰富跨文化知识和跨文化交际策略,锻炼和提升跨文化交际能力、英语语言应用能力。
本课程共十二个单元,教学内容从交际与跨文化交际、文化与交际、语言与文化等基础理论,到深层次的文化价值观,以及具体的语言交际、非语言交际、跨文化冲突管理、跨文化谈判技巧、跨文化商务礼仪等内容。
采用英语教学,教学视频配有英文字幕,凡具有基础英语水平者均可参与学习。
本课程为英语、商务英语、汉语国际教育、电子商务/跨境电子商务等专业学生的专业学习提供基础和条件。从事跨文化交流、国际商务的外事、外贸、跨境电商人士也可通过学习该课程提升跨文化交际的有效性和恰当性。

授课目标
认知目标:掌握跨文化交际基础理论,丰富跨文化知识,增进对不同文化的了解,理解中外思维方式、价值观、风俗习惯、商务礼仪等方面的差异,熟悉跨文化商务沟通的特点,理解跨文化交际障碍和冲突产生的原因。
技能目标:锻炼和提升跨文化交际能力及英语语言应用能力,能够恰当运用跨文化交际策略、使用英语恰当并有效地进行跨文化沟通、传播中国文化。
情感、素质目标:开阔视野,增强跨文化意识和思辨意识,树立正确的价值观,具备良好的跨文化沟通素质,增强文化自信和民族自豪感。
