《创业基础》是一门面向社会人群开设的通识类创新创业课程，将和大家一起来了解创业的本质和内涵，探讨成功创业者应具备的创业胜任力和创业内驱力，学习如何在充满风险的创业环境中识别并把握创业机会，学习如何组建并管理一个优势互补、团结高效、不惧失败、锐意进取的创业团队，学习如何将充满想象力的创意火花转变为更具执行力的创业计划。课程将帮助每位学习者增强创业意识、激发创业热情、培养创业核心素质、掌握创业基础知识、提高创业实践技能，鼓舞并帮助学习者追寻创业梦想、完善创业路径。
本课程所涉及内容包括拓展创业视域、提升创业素质、准备创业知识、识别创业机会、组建创业团队、撰写创业计划、谋划创业战略、规避创业风险、优化创业资源等，是每个人在工作中都可能面对的问题或需要具备的基础性知识与技能。本课程共有14个学时的线上教学内容，这些内容采取模块化、主题化的教学方式，共设置有六大创业能力培养模块，每一个模块围绕一个主题，以“理论+研讨”的形式安排教学环节，同时配备有课后思考讨论题、学习研讨资料和学习效果检测。课程内容以培养学习者的创新创业能力为核心，以创业实践为导向，以创业者在不同时期可能遇到的问题为主轴，渐次展开、层层推进，构建了理论与实践的双轴驱动内容体系。
本课程主要有三大特色和亮点：
1、优质教学团队。课程负责人徐小洲教授是联合国教科文组织中国创业教育联盟主席、联合国教科文组织创业教育讲座教授、教育部长江学者特聘教授、浙江传媒学院校长，是我国创业教育领域的权威学者。同时来自美国、韩国的创业教育专家也将受邀加入教学导师团队，优秀企业家和知名校友也将出任创业实践导师。
2、模块化、主题化的教学方式。线上课程系统讲授创新创业的理论、知识、观点、现象、思潮。
3、突出“人”的价值。本课程努力培养具有较强的社会适应能力，拥有敏锐的洞察力、出色的团体意识、出众的执行力、卓越的组织能力、优秀的人格品质的创新创业型人才。
帮助学习者增强创业意识、激发创业热情、培养创业核心素质、掌握创业基础知识、提高创业实践技能，鼓舞并帮助学习者追寻创业梦想、完善创业路径。
