To gain the skills control it , we should know by learning: “What is Production Process Control System”, “why choose DCS”, “how does it work” , etc. Finishing the course, some students could be operator in the factory, they can maintain、monitor、and solve some basic problems,and some students could keep studying,they could be junior engineer, and they can design,config and solve some difficult problems.

课程概述

1. 课程简介—学习什么

《生产过程控制系统的设计与运行维护》课程从工程应用的角度出发,以工业生产线或装置等为被控对象,以JX-300XP为典型控制系统,按照由简单到复杂的认识规律,以对象认识(生产过程控制系统分析)-系统了解(集散控制系统架构设计)-简单工程案例实现(单容水箱液位DCS-复杂工程项目设计(碱洗塔DCS)为主线,设计了4个项目-12个任务-30个专题,配置有学习任务单、PPT、微课、重难点动画、测试题库、操作视频等教学资源,每任务约安排4学时,12个学习周完成。

2. 学习目标—为什么学

熟悉典型生产过程控制系统设计的基本原则,掌握项目总体设计、组态、调试与运行维护的基本方法,旨在培养学习者根据工艺要求进行生产过程控制系统分析、方案设计、任务单制作的能力;根据组态任务单,选择和使用检测仪表和控制仪表,进行集散控制系统硬件配置的能力;根据组态任务单和硬件配置,进行DCS系统组态和运行调试等。通过学习,培养学习者具备集散控制系统的操作员能力,能完成集散控制系统的监控操作和常规维护;培养学习者具备集散控制系统的初级工程师能力,能根据生产工艺和控制要求,对系统进行较复杂组态、测试等操作能力。

3.技能认定—学习获得

学习完本门课程,可以参加全国工业自动化人才认证中级工程师认定,考试内容为DCS系统构架、DCS系统组态、DCS系统监控和DCS控制方案与策略,通过考核即可获取中级工程师证书。可以为个人职业发展提供支持,并在求职、待遇提升、落户等方面带来实际的好处。

4. 课程特色—学习亮点

1)教学内容的设计上,遵从认知规律,从易到难,设计了从认识生产过程控制系统(被控对象)、了解集散控制系统(控制系统)到掌握JX-300XP(典型系统在简单工程案例和复杂工程项目中的应用的循序渐进课程架构。

2)教学考核的评价上,注重对知识的理解能力、运用能力和软件操作能力的考核,考核方式开放、考核知识点与技能点开放;将组态与维护的操作分解到知识与技能点的线上题目中,结合简单工程案例和复杂工程项目的仿真运行测试结果进行项目考核。

3)教学资源的建设上,充分利用信息化技术,多信息融合,基于任务驱动分解教学内容为4个项目-12个任务,每个任务根据知识点与技能点分解为个专题,基于每个专题采用碎片化方法进行资源建设,按照学习内容建设有普适性教学资源,如PPT、任务单和测试题库等;按照重难点的内容建设线上教学资源,如微课、动画等;按照知识与技能的拓展引入了典型的企业工程案例和学员优秀作品。

1. Course Introduction-What to Learn

 From the perspective of engineering application, the course "Production Process Control System Design and Operation Maintenance" takes industrial production lines or devices as the controlled objects, and the JX-300XP as the typical control system, according to the rules of understanding from simple to complex , Take object recognition (production process control system analysis)-system understanding (design of distributed control system architecture)-simple engineering case realization (single water tank liquid level DCS)-complex engineering project design (alkali washing tower DCS)-system operation and maintenance (analysis and diagnosis) as the main line. 4 projects-12 chapters-30 topics are designed, equipped with teaching resources such as learning task list, PPT, micro-classes, animations of difficult points, test question bank, etc. Each task is arranged for about 4 class hours and completed in 12 learning weeks.

2. Learning objectives-Why Learn

To get familiar with the basic principles of typical production process control system design, master the basic methods of project overall design, configuration, debugging, operation and maintenance, aiming to cultivate learners' ability to analyze production process control system, plan design and task list production according to process requirements ; According to the configuration task list, select and use detection instruments and control instruments to carry out the control system hardware configuration of the distributed control system; according to the configuration task list and hardware configuration, DCS system configuration and operation debugging, etc. Through learning, train the learner to have the ability of the operator of the distributed control system, to complete the monitoring operation and routine maintenance of the distributed control system; train the learner to have the ability of the junior engineer of the distributed control system, to carry out the system according to the production process and control requirements, to master complex configuration, test and other operational capabilities.

3. Skill recognition - learning and acquisition

After completing this course, you can participate in the National Industrial Automation Talent Certification Intermediate Engineer Certification. The exam content includes DCS system architecture, DCS system configuration, DCS system monitoring, and DCS control solutions and strategies. By passing the assessment, you can obtain the Intermediate Engineer Certificate. It can provide support for personal career development and bring practical benefits in job seeking, salary improvement, and household registration.

4. Course Features-Learning Highlights

(1)In the design of the teaching content, following the laws of cognition, from easy to difficult, we designed a step-by-step curriculum framework from understanding the production process control system (controlled object), understanding the distributed control system (control system) to mastering the JX-300XP (typical system) in the application of simple engineering cases and complex engineering projects.

(2)In the evaluation of teaching assessment, focus on the assessment of knowledge comprehension ability, application ability and software operation ability, the assessment method is open, the assessment knowledge and skill points are open; the operation of configuration and maintenance is decomposed into knowledge and skill points In the online topic, the project evaluation is carried out in combination with simple engineering cases and the simulation operation test results of complex engineering projects.

(3)In the construction of teaching resources, make full use of information technology, multi-information fusion, based on task-driven decomposition of teaching content into 4 projects -12 chapters, each chapter is fragmented again according to knowledge points and skill points as many topics, and there are lots of teaching resources constructed according to fragmentation methods, such as PPT, task list, and test question bank; construct online teaching resources, such as micro-classes, animation, etc. according to the difficult and difficult contents; introduce typical enterprise engineering cases and excellent students according to the expansion of knowledge and skills works.

The learning of this course requires the knowledge and ability of common sensor recognition, operation and application, the ability to recognize and draw simple engineering hardware wiring diagrams, and the basic knowledge of safe electricity consumption. A : 不是,生产过程(自动)控制系统是没有人直接参与的控制系统。

2. 衡量控制系统性能优是系统稳定、准确与快速三类指标都要同时满足要求?

A : 不是,被控对象不同,对稳、快、准的技术要求也有所侧重。同一系统稳、快、准是相互制约的,如提高过程的快速性,常会诱发系统强烈振荡等。

3. 系统控制实现采用常规控制算法?

A : 不是,常规控制算法和自定义控制算法。

4. 本课程学习需要设备操作吗?

A : 不需要,在理解工艺要求及控制要求的基础上,基于软件进行组态与仿真测试。

5. 本课程学习提供相关说明文件吗?

A: No, conventional control algorithm and custom control algorithm.

A: No, the production process (automatic) control system is a control system without direct participation of people.

5. Does this course require equipment operation?

A: No, based on the understanding of process requirements and control requirements, configuration and simulation testing are based on software.
