二十一世纪经济的全球化,高等教育的国际化,对大学英语教学提出新的要求。《大学英文写作》课程的目的是帮助学员掌握大学英文基本的写作方法和技巧,夯实写作基本功,为论文写作、出国留学和将来对外交流做好充分准备。
英文写作说到底是一门实践课。因此,本课程强调实践,讲授按照过程写作法组织知识点,例子剖析贯穿始终,为学生提供边学边练的机会。
课程按MOOC形式要求,每单元包含若干微视频、课堂讨论平台及配套练习,方便学生复习和预习课程内容。课程结束时,学员能够基本掌握大学英文写作:了解写作过程和学习规律,能够完成西方高校英文写作课程、人文社科课程和专业课程一般性的写作任务、写作规范和写作方法,作文基本做到条理清晰,连接自然,论据充分,具有说服力。
本课程适用对象:已修完《大学英语》课程,选修英文写作或希望提高英文写作能力的学生,以及备考雅思和托福准备出国深造的学生。
