课程概述
“医药英语”是高职高专院校药学类（药学、中药学）、药品制造类（药物制剂、化学药生产技术、生物药生产技术、中药生产技术）、药品管理类（药品质量检测、药品监督管理、药品经营与管理、药品服务与管理）等专业重要的公共基础课程。
本课程从专业主要岗位（群）需求出发，设计了包含医药历史、学科、职业和管理四个内容模块，涵盖中西医药历史简介，典型中药、化学药、生物药介绍，药店/药房、医院、制药企业等职场环境英语应用，以及药品生产质量管理规范、药品经营质量管理规范、药品标准范例介绍等内容，满足医药英语课程教学大纲的基本要求。
本课程的目标是帮助学习者在公共英语学习的基础上，掌握必备的医药英语知识和技能，具有医药职场环境下听、说、读、写、译的综合运用能力，培养职业道德和创新精神，为学习专业课程和进一步提高医药英语的应用能力奠定良好的基础。本课程具有学做一体、注重职业技能培养，体现职业性、实用性、典型性等特点。
