Students will learn about the international financial and currency markets and monetary system in which domestic and multinational firms/ banks operate. One will also learn about risks and opportunities faced by a corporation/ bank as operating in an international environment. A wide range of international finance topics cover goals and backgrounds of international business; the international flow of funds, balance of payments accounting system for nations, the history of exchange rate systems, fundamentals of foreign exchange and foreign exchange markets, details of international cash management.
