Curriculum overview

本课程根据人们认识、了解、感知、理解、欣赏的认知顺序，通过走近中国、感知中国、理解中国、欣赏中国、世界中国五个部分，较为全面、系统、客观地展现了可感、可知、可亲、可爱的真实中国。从一种独特的视角，来理解中国的传统文化和当代文化，将反映中国思想、中国经验、中国精神、中国方案、中国智慧和开放共享理念的一个个知识点与相关的文化面结合起来予以呈现。

本课程希望带领学习者了解中国国情和社会发展状况，体验中国人的日常生活方式、风俗习惯，感受中国文化的核心价值，从而理解中国人的“和而不同”、“和合共生”、“世界大同”等理念的现代表达，理解“一带一路”倡议，“共建人类命运共同体”思想等中国方案的现实基础。

本课程适用于来华留学生、孔子学院(孔子课堂)以及华文学校和汉语培训机构等的海外汉语学习者，同时也适用于对中国历史文化感兴趣、致力于国际交流与交往的中国朋友，更是准备走进中国学习、生活和旅行者的必备指南。

本课程系统介绍的中国政治、经济、文化、历史等内容，也将对有志于从事国际中文教育、中国文化对外传播，旅游文化导游等的学习者有所帮助。

   本课程注重线上线下课程相结合，注重课堂讨论和实践教学，有众多留学生选课，方便检测教学效果，也有利于学习者提高外语沟通水平。

   本课程线下教学注重社会实践和欣赏课教学，更加有利于学习者提高艺术修养和综合素质。

Based on the cognitive sequence of realizing, understanding, perceiving, comprehending and appreciating, this course comprehensively, systematically and objectively shows the real China that is sensible, knowable, amiable and lovely, through five parts including approaching China, perceiving China, understanding China, appreciating China, and world China. From a unique perspective, it combines knowledge of traditional and modern culture that reflects Chinese thought, Chinese experience, Chinese spirit, Chinese approach, Chinese wisdom and the concept of opening and sharing with relevant cultural aspects.

This course is designed to lead the learners to understand the status of China's national conditions and social development, experience the daily life, customs of Chinese people, feel the core values of Chinese culture, so as to understand the modern expression of "harmony in diversity", "harmony in coexistence", "world commonwealth" and other ideas of Chinese people, understand the realistic basis of "the Belt and Road" initiative, "building a community with shared future for mankind".

This course is suitable for foreign students in China, overseas Chinese language learners as Confucius Institute (Confucius Classroom) and Chinese schools and Chinese training institutions, etc., and also applicable to Chinese friends interested in Chinese history and culture, committed to international communication and exchanges. Moreover, it is a must-have guide for studying, living and traveling in China.

This course systematically introduces Chinese politics, economy, culture, history and other contents, which will also be helpful to learners who are committed to international Chinese education, international communication of Chinese culture and tourist culture guide.

This course focuses on the combination of online and offline courses, attaches importance to classroom discussion and practical teaching. There are many international students to choose this course, which is convenient for testing teaching effect, and also conducive to improving the foreign language communication level of learners. 

The off-line teaching of this course focuses on social practice and appreciation teaching, which is more conducive to improving artistic accomplishment and comprehensive quality of learners.
