The aim of this course is to inspire the students to understand the normal structure and morphology of each organ in human; the principle of human organs function from tissue level to system levels; the marrow and principle of life function from molecular levels to cellular levels; the principle and mechanism of human pathological changes; provide theory for clinical medicine and so on.
After learning this course, students should firstly grasp some basic concepts and theories of basic
medicine, understand the conception of life, the basic structure and function of the human body, the basis of disease occurrence, the main structures-physiological functions-related diseases of various systems, tumors, and genetic diseases. Secondly, based on understanding the basic physiological functions of the human body and the mechanisms of disease occurrence, students should understand the role of basic medicine in innovative drug development, especially in the development of innovative drugs based on new targets and new technologies, to cultivate students' innovative thinking in drug development and clinical precision medication thinking, guide students to focus on medical frontiers and clinical
needs, cultivate students' ability todiscover and solve practical problems, stimulate students' enthusiasm for exploring the essence and laws of life and disease, developing accessible and effective drugs, and
guiding rational clinical medication, laying the medical foundation for the training of modern pharmaceutical talents who understand medicine and excel in drugs.
