Northeast Normal University (NENU) is an institution of higher learning under the direct administration of the Ministry of Education, and one of the national key universities given construction priority of the 211 Project. NENU is located in Changchun City—the beautiful Spring City of Northern China, and reputed as the cradle of teachers.
