Particle Physics interprets the basic structures of matter and rebuild fundamental interactions utilizing the symmetry principles. Based on the fundamentals of Quantum Mechanics and Advanced Quantum Mechanics, we will understand the symmetry principle and the conserved observables of the symmetries that penetrate through the course. Specifically, we will go into the history of the particle physics and the symmetries in classical mechanics, quantum mechanics and particle physics. The context includes the concrete CPT symmetries, continuous gauge symmetries, relativistic covariance, the principle to construct the lagrangian, and the standard model. |
To apply what we have learned and to understand what we can go beyond.
