课程概述

2004年起, 本课程教学团队依托省优秀课程“数字信号处理”和省优秀课程群“数字信号处理类”课程群,开始数字信号处理双语教学的探索,依据教材《Introduction to Signal Processing》制作了电子讲义以及多媒体课件,同时配合课程上机实践内容自编了实验教学指导书,在提炼归纳教学重难点知识的基础上增设详尽的实验预习环节,介绍Matlab基本用法、信号处理工具箱、基本语言结构和函数,最大限度的压缩学生实验部分的预热环节;为了利用多媒体网络教学实现资源共享、自由学习、交互学习,课程教学团队组织人员开发了数字信号处理在线教育网站,经过征求多方面意见,逐步形成现有的功能模块和布局结构。由于界面清新、功能完善,该网站在“第五届全国多媒体课件大赛”中荣获了高教组二等奖。

目前,“数字信号处理类”课程群取得了较好的建设成果。2002年,《数字信号处理》课程被评为江苏省一类优秀课程;2004年,以《数字信号处理》为核心的数字信号处理课程群被评为江苏省优秀课程群;2005年,《数字信号处理》课件获得2005年第五届全国多媒体课件大赛高教组二等奖;2008年,《数字信号处理》课程入选教育部“质量工程”双语教学示范课程;2009年,《Introduction to Signal Processing》多媒体课件获江苏省优秀多媒体教学课件一等奖;2011年,《Introduction to Signal Processing(双语课程网络版)》在“第十一届全国多媒体课件大赛”中获高教工科组三等奖;2011年,“《数字信号处理》教学改革与电子课程资源平台建设”获南京邮电大学高等教育教学成果奖一等奖;2011年,省妇联、省委教育工委授予我校“信号处理系列课程教学团队”江苏省巾帼文明岗称号;2012年,获得南京邮电大学优秀教学团队称号。

       在上述课程建设的基础上,本课程教师团队于2016/2017学年面向外国留学生,首次开设了《数字信号处理(英文)》课程,采用全英文教材,实施全英文教学与考核,此前并无先例。本课程为电子信息工程专业的核心专业基础课之一,授课对象为本科留学生,授课时间为第三学年第一学期(即第五学期)。课堂平均规模为一个教学小班(不超过35人),属于小班集体教学,留学生比例为100%

授课目标

Digital Signal Processing is a specialized core course required for undergraduates majoring in communication engineering, electronic information engineering, etc. This course provides a basic introduction to digital signal processing. It covers the following theories and methods: representation of discrete-time signals in time domain and frequency domain, discrete-time Fourier transform and z-transform, analysis of discrete-time systems in time domain and transform domain, design and realization of FIR and IIR digital filter, and DSP algorithm implementation. The key objective of the course is to develop an understanding of the fundamental principles and techniques in digital signal processing, develop the preliminary ability of signal processing application. The course provides necessary foundation for basic training and further study for the research and application in the areas of communication and signal processing. 

成绩要求

考试成绩占总评成绩的60%,平时成绩占40%。
