课程概述

学生毕业主要流向天然气长输管道和燃气企业,在人才培养过程中具有举足轻重的作用。属于专业必修课,先修课程有高等数学、大学物理,流体力学,工程热力学与传热学,泵与压缩机,并修课程有输油管道设计与管理,后续课程有燃气输配等。

    Graduates mainly flow to long distance natural gas pipeline and gas enterprises, which plays an important role in the process of talent training.It is a professional compulsory course, the first courses include advanced mathematics, university physics, fluid mechanics, engineering thermodynamics and heat transfer, pumps and compressors, the design and management of oil pipelines, and the follow-up courses include gas transmission and distribution, etc.

授课目标

掌握天然气的基本物性及其计算方法;掌握气体管流的基本方程组及输气管道稳态水力计算方法,能运用基本计算公式分析输气管道各工艺参数之间的关系;掌握输气管道工艺设计的基本原则、要求、方法和程序。掌握输气管道热力计算的基本方法,能根据图表及计算参数判断水合物生成范围。了解各类输气站的功能、组成、工艺流程、工艺设备及站场的平面布置原则。掌握输气管道压缩机及压气站的工作特性与调节方式。了解握供气系统调峰的基本方法。掌握输气管道运行工况分析与模拟的基本原理与方法。能够独立进行天然气输送管道设计。

    Grasp the basic physical properties of natural gas and its calculation method; Master the basic equations of gas pipeline flow and steady-state hydraulic calculation method of gas pipeline, and can analyze the relationship between various process parameters of gas pipeline by using the basic calculation formula. Master the basic principles, requirements, methods and procedures of gas pipeline process design. Master the basic method of thermodynamic calculation of gas pipeline, and judge the range of hydrate formation according to the chart and calculation parameters. Understand the function, composition, process flow, process equipment and layout principle of various gas transmission stations. Master the working characteristics and regulation mode of compressor and compressor station in gas pipeline. Understand the basic method of peak regulation of air supply system. Master the basic principles and methods of gas pipeline operation analysis and simulation. Able to design natural gas pipeline independently.

预备知识

高等数学、大学物理,流体力学,工程热力学,传热学,泵与压缩机,C语言或VB语言程序设计或MATLAB等。Advanced mathematics, university physics, fluid mechanics, engineering thermodynamics, heat transfer, pump and compressor, C language or VB language programming or MATLAB, etc.
