课程概述

Paper and paper-based products are significant basis materials and the life necessities for people so that the industry of pulping and papermaking is a key one for developed or development countries. The history of papermaking technical trace back to a long time, the Han dynasty of China. However, the modern technology of pulping and papermaking industry come into being in developed western countries based on modern chemistry, chemical engineering, intelligent control and environment protection technology.

The principle of pulping and engineering will meet new challenge in the fast-developing era facing shortage of raw materials and new emerging technologies. This course will introduce the principle of pulping technology of wood, cleaner pulp bleaching, treatment of waste liquor and solid, and their application.

Students and technocians in the field of pulp and papermaking can master the principle, chemistry and technologies in pulping process. 

All persons interested in papermaking or ones in relative administration may learn and know the process so that improve their efficiency.
