课程概述

 


This course is a compulsory course for those students majored in International Economics & Trade, International Business. Besides, it is also a useful course for those readers, who are interested in doing international trade.


授课目标


After studying this course systematically, the students will be able to:

1. Master completely the characteristics of international trade practices and to enhance the awareness of risks and professional ethics

2. Understand clearly the general procedure for both the export and the import and Be familiar with the international business negotiations procedures and the negotiation skills to a great extent;

3. Master completely the contents of the written contracts;

4.Understand clearly the pricing and payment methods for the international trade;

4.Master completely the transportation methods and the related procedures;

5. Get a general information on the settlement of the international trade disputes and Be familiar with the performance procedure of the export contract.

成绩 要求

本课程的成绩评定实行百分制,共由以下四个部分组成:

  1. 学习进度测试  20%

  2. 章测试        30%

  3. 见面课        30%

  4. 期末考试      20%

    合计         100%
