International Trade Practice (Bilingual) covers the legal environment of the import and export business of goods, negotiation and main terms of sales contracts.
With the guidance of usual practice, trade rules and laws, this course discusses, in detail, the negotiation and formation, the main terms and conditions of international sales contracts, as well as settlement of disputes, and documentation in the implementation of international sales contracts.
Real-world cases are tailored to introduce relevant topics and encourage learners to dig into the background knowledge, so as to improve learners' both analytical and practical problem-solving skills. Teamwork spirit and communicational skills can also be improved by effectively joining group discussions in and after class.
本课程采用百分制计分,总评成绩60分(含)以上为及格,85分(含)以上为优秀。总评成绩由以下四部分内容构成:
1、单元测验:客观题形式,20%;
2、单元作业:主观题形式,30%,需要完成作业提交和完成规定的互评数量;
3、课程考试:客观题形式,30%;
4、课程讨论:参与度、分析能力等因素综合评分,20%。
