课程概述

《机械之美—神奇的矿冶机械(双语)》课程融合了江西理工大学的采矿、选矿、冶金与机械等4个国家级一流专业的优势与特色。本课程的主讲教师团队均为副教授以上职称,在讲授中融入了团队自主研发的颚式破碎机、磨矿设备、分选装备等系列科研成果,内容生动丰富,充分展现出机械的“天工之美”,课程开出得到选课学生们的高度评价。课程内容实现双语教学,并上线国际教育平台,现已在印尼国家在课程平台上线。

本课程以“增长学生见识、提高学习兴趣、提升创新思维能力”为授课目标,由各授课老师结合自身的教学特色与科研经验,采取“案例法”、“直观演示法”、“任务驱动法”等教学方法进行授课,让我们走进神奇的矿冶机械殿堂,共同领略矿冶机械的奥妙。

      同时,本课程可与《粉体工程》、《机械设计基础》、《冶金过程及设备》、《矿山设备》、《机械设计》等线下课程,开展线上线下混合式学习。通过本课程的学习,对学生将来进入与之有关的工作岗位或相关企业均有一定帮助,并对促进学生开展相关领域的创新设计,有着重要的参考意义。

This course, The Beauty of Machinery: Marvels of Mining and Metallurgical Machinery (Bilingual), uniquely integrates the strengths and distinctive features of four National First-Class Undergraduate Programs at Jiangxi University of Science and Technology: Mining Engineering, Mineral Processing Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering.

The instructor team, comprised exclusively of Associate Professors and above, enriches the lectures by incorporating cutting-edge research outcomes into the lectures, including jaw crushers, grinding equipment, and separation devices. The course content is vibrant and diverse, fully showcasing the “divine craftsmanship” and inherent beauty of machinery. It has consistently received high acclaim from enrolled students.

The course is delivered bilingually (Chinese / English) and has been launched on international education platforms. It is currently available on the Indonesian National Online Course Platform.


This course aims at "increasing students' knowledge, improving their interest in learning and improving their innovative thinking ability". By combining their own teaching characteristics and scientific research experiences, the instructors adopt distinctive teaching methods, for instance, "case method", "intuitive demonstration method" and "task-driven method". The course provides students with the magical powers of mining and metallurgical equipment.

授课目标

       本门课程为采矿、选矿、冶金、材料、机械等各专业学生掌握矿冶机械的相关基础知识和应用技术提供了基本方法。课程针对学习特点,注重基本概念、原理讲解的同时,强调实践与创新导向。通过本课程的学习,使学生掌握矿冶机械中的基本理论,并能运用所学知识引导解决实际问题,为学生从事相关专业课程及后续工作奠定基础。

       具体学习目标如下:

       1. 知识目标

     (1)能够阐述矿冶机械中的常见术语以及我国矿冶机械的基本发展历程;

     (2)能够解释机器与机构、构件与零件的概念,并描述知识点之间的区别与联系;

     (3)能够描绘各类常见运动形态之间的变换方式和相关运动特点;

     (4)能够描述常见矿山机械设备的基本概况、主要功能和发展前景,以及团队自主研制的矿冶机械设备。

      2. 能力目标

    (1)能够对实际设备进行分析和判断,给出其中机器与机构、构件与零件间的区别及联系;

    (2)具有独立思辨能力,可分析和鉴别机械运动形态的变换方式和技巧;

    (3)能够灵活运用相关理论知识,结合常用矿冶机械设备,分析其构造及工作原理,得出正确结论;

    (4)能够对矿冶机械中的常见术语及常用设备,用中英双语表述。

This course provides foundational knowledge and practical approaches for students majoring in mining, mineral processing, metallurgy, materials, machinery, and other related fields to master the basic knowledge and application technologies of mining and metallurgical machinery.

Tailored to students learning characteristics, the course focuses on explaining basic concepts and principles, while promoting practical application and innovation.

Through this course, students will acquire the basic theories of mining and metallurgical machinery and develop the ability to apply this knowledge to solve practical problems, thereby lay a foundation for subsequent professional courses and future careers.

The specific learning objectives are as follows:

1. Knowledge Objectives

(1) To explain common terms in mining and metallurgical machinery and the basic development history of China's mining and metallurgical machinery;

(2) To define the concepts of machines and mechanisms, components and parts, and articulate the differences and relationships between them;

(3) To depict the transformation methods and key characteristics of various common types of mechanical motion;

(4) To describe the basic profiles, main functions, and development prospects of common mining equipment, as well as team-developed mining and metallurgical machinery.

2. Ability Objectives

(1) To analyze and evaluate actual equipment to distinguish between machines and mechanisms, and between components and parts;

(2) To apply critical thinking to analyze and identify various mechanical motion transformations;

(3) To apply relevant theoretical knowledge to analyze the structure and working principles of common mining and metallurgical equipment and draw accurate conclusions;

(4) To express common terminology and equipment in mining and metallurgical machinery in both Chinese and English.

     1. 什么是矿冶机械?

  答:矿冶机械(Mining and metallurgy machinery)涵盖了矿山机械与冶金机械,矿山作业中应用了大量的破碎机、棒磨机、球磨机、筛分机、分级机、起重机和排水机械等,可直接用于矿物开采和富选等作业;常用冶金设备包括散料输送设备、流体输送设备、冶金传热设备、冶金萃取设备、混合与搅拌装置、液固分离设备等。

     2. 机械、机器与机构,它们之间有什么区别?

  答:机器(machine)根据某种具体使用要求而设计的多件实物的组合体。

  机构( mechanism )能够用来传递运动和动力或改变运动形式的多件实物的组合体。如连杆机构、凸轮机构、齿轮机构等。

一台机器中可能包含一种或多种机构。机构只是一个构件系统,而机器除构件系统之外还包含电气、液压等其他装置;机构只用于传递运动和力,机器除传送运动和动力之外,还应当具有变换或传递能量、物料、信息的功能。

机械(machinery)是机器与机构的总称。

     3. 构件与零件有什么区别?

  答:构件(components)指独立的运动单元;零件(parts)指独立的制造单元。

    构件可能由一个或多个零件组合而成,在运动的过程中,这些零件之间没有相对运动,它们可看成组合为一整个刚体共同参与运动。

     4. 组成矿冶机器的基本机构有哪些?它们主要起什么作用?

  答:一般由齿轮机构(Gear Mechanism)、凸轮机构(Cam mechanism)、棘轮机构(Ratchet mechanism)、槽轮机构(Geneva Mechanism)、不完全齿轮机构(Incomplete gear mechanisms)、带传动和链传动机构(Belt drives and chain drives)等组合而成。它可实现运动的变换与动力传递。

     5. 机械运动的基本形态有哪些?分别通过哪些机构可实现变换?
