This course mainly introduces four management functions in four parts. In this course, students can grasp the knowledge of the basic conception and the professional jargons of Management, and they will have a general idea of the development of Management and know different kinds of theories and methods of management, which will equip them with the skills that are needed in their future careers or on other scientific researches.
