课程概述

This course is innovative in its content and structure. It adopts layered and progressive processing and is clear and easy to understand for learners. It pays special attention to the explanation of movement functions, feelings, rhythm, and ideas, and encourages self-adjustment within the overall framework of basic movements.

Lecturer Li Tingkui, associate professor of Physical Education College of Jilin University, who has many years of teaching experience at home and abroad, has been hired as the head coach of the Egyptian National Wushu Team & Free combat Team; coaches of Taijiquan and Baduanjin of the British-Chinese Sports Culture Exchange Association. Its flexible and unique teaching methods, scientific and open teaching ideas will bring you a unique learning experience.

Welcome to the "Baduanjin" course to experience the effects of strengthening the external and nourishing the inside, and to feel the charm of traditional Chinese culture.
