课程概述

    In daily management activities, people spend 70% of their time on communication, and 70% of the problems in management come from poor communication. Therefore, how to improve the effectiveness of communication? 

     

    The MOOC course of "Management Communication" at Harbin Institute of Technology will lead us to focus on the 1-3-5 logical framework in communication: 

    "1" stands for ONE Topic: the effectiveness of communication. 

    "3" is our THREE Keywords (Goodwill, You-Attitude, Credibility) and THREE-Step Writing Skills (Planning, Writing, Completing). 

    "5" is the FIVE Communication Strategies (Communicator, Audience, Message, Channel Choice, Culture Strategy). 

     

    In our eight-week course, we will understand the basics of management communication, recognize different types of communication, familiarize with the five communication strategies, apply effective listening and writing skills, learn to give excellent speeches, organize meetings, and finally lead a team that communicates effectively ! 

    

    Let effective communication guide our study, work and life, master communication skills, and develop the ability to solve practical management problems.
