The course mainly introduces the specific connotation of diet-therapy culture from the perspective of TCM, Such as the diet care of different groups, the efficacy and indications of common food, and the treatment to common diseases of TCM, and so on.
Be familiar with the theory of TCM and the common food ingredients, the knowledge of which such as nature, taste, meridian tropism, efficacy, indications and diet. Based on the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine diet therapy, according to the characteristics of four seasons climate, it can provide diet treatment for different age and constitution groups, and provide suggestions on diet taboo, and carry out diet therapy based on syndrome differentiation for common diseases and syndromes.
