Diet-therapy eventually becomes a special subject, which could treat a complaint and keep health to prevent diseases, also it can give people sensory and spiritual enjoyment. The course mainly introduces the specific connotation of diet-therapy culture from the perspective of TCM, Such as the diet care of different groups, the efficacy and indications of common food, and the treatment to common diseases of TCM, and so on.
