2. The course covers the latest development in the most popular events of sports world, reported and broadcasted by the world leading sports media

3. It's about subject course rather than language course. You're going to be rest assured of the highlights of world most popular sports events in English commentary & analyses.

4. You shall benefit both in practice (physique & mentality) & in theory (linguistic & cultural competence) from the study of this course.

授课目标

This course is designed to help students to get a good grip of the basic sports term in English;
It also aims to get students familiarized with fundamental subject knowledge of the sports;
It is meant to improve their command of sports English via reading & studing world leading print media coverage of the sports;

成绩要求

线上学习成绩占总成绩50%（其中客观题目系统自动评分；主观题目由教师打分）；期末考试占总成绩50%。总成绩60分为及格.

预备知识

English proficiency: CET-6 or TEM-4;

Basic knowledge of the sports that are covered in the course;

A good command of listening in English is particularly required in the process of course lectures & participation.
