关于奖学金活动的建议
<p>受益于中国大学MOOC的环境，学了20多门课并得到相应的证书</p><p>我个人收益与中国大学mooc，希望这里成为真正学习者的天堂。</p><p>近期奖学金的活动出现很多问题，想必大家都发现了</p><p>在这里提几点意见，望批评指正 ：</p><p>1 活动的目的应该是吸引爱好学习的同学来这里学习交流，而不是把浑水摸鱼的人吸引过来刷帖刷赞。建议修改规则不给回水摸鱼的人以空间。</p><p>2 关于奖金，不建议直接给钱或者实物奖励。建议只发放绑定账户的免单券。</p><p>3 关于小号的问题，建议绑定身份证认证。</p><p>4 刷帖和赞应该与课程的成绩绑定，如果这门课不及格，那么这些帖子和赞就毫无意义，应该清零</p><p>5 屏蔽自己给自己点赞</p><p>6 所发的帖子应该有字数限制，比如100字；并且与课程有关，最好限定在课堂交流区。发帖的时间间隔设定在10分钟以上。</p><p>像 https://www.icourse163.org/learn/cumcm-1001674011?tid=1001758010#/learn/forumdetail?pid=1002622128</p><p>这个 帖子就很能说明问题 ，前7个回复中只有我的回答是有效的，其余都是在刷帖。</p><p>7 关于成绩，由于课程不可能每次都出新题，造成每一期的题目都有很大的相似性。给刷证书的以很大的空间。</p><p>建议同一个账号选同一门课只能隔年选。</p><p>8 最终的评定应该以课业成绩论，帖子和赞完全无法客观评定其有效性和质量，建议去除。</p><p><br ></p>
