About this course

This class serves as the foundations of yoga so you can begin to experience its transformational effects. And it is designed for the brand-new student, yet experienced students may attend to reinforce the basics.

This course aims at introducing some basic knowledge of yoga, breathing techniques, specific poses and sequences. Each posture contains detailed information about getting into the pose. Also, there are several sequences designed to improving postures, relaxing.
