About this course

   This course includes yoga, Pilates, and other relatively static body-controlling fitness content, as well as rhythmic and rhythmic sports such as Oriental dance, Latin dance, classical dance, Zumba, ghost step dance, and jazz dance. You can try various styles of fitness dance content in one course to get an interesting learning experience.

   The course contains 14 fitness dance mini-combinations. The teacher team has used a professional perspective to succinctly optimize and rationally compile each fitness dance technical essence and takes into account learners of different ages and genders. These or quiet and graceful or glamorous fitness dance classes will further cultivate students' ability to recognize beauty, love beauty and create beauty, encourage students to get out of the "static" sub-healthy lifestyle, strengthen their enthusiasm for participating in physical exercise, and improve due to lack of exercise The resulting decline in physical fitness. Objectives

The goal of "1 + 1 shaping and fitness dance" course is to refine the popular classic movements of fitness dance and scientifically connect them into 14 small combinations, so that the course presents the richness and diversity of content, so that learners can taste a variety of styles of fitness content in a course and get interesting learning experience. In addition, because the technical actions in this course are simple and easy to learn, even for the learners with zero foundation, as long as they follow the teacher's step-by-step learning, they will certainly have gains and gain full confidence and healthy body.
