《Histology》 of China Medical University is based on the original Chinese version of 《Histology and Embryology》MOOC.
It is created in English mode in video, courseware, practice questions and other links.《Histology》 course of China Medical University has a new modern histology teaching model with the combination of light microscopy and electron microcopy. After winning the first batch of national quality courses in 2003, becoming a national quality resource sharing course in 2013, and publishing digital courses in 2016, it entered the Chinese University MOOC and international integration in 2017.
The course include textbooks (color atlases, experimental tutorials, exercises), complete courseware and extended materials. This course can be used by social learners all over the world, as well as undergraduates, postgraduates and foreign students from medical schools in various countries.
《Histology》 course is focused the microstructure of the organism and its related functions. The course mainly includes three major parts: (1) Introduction and Cells; (2) General: Four basic tissues (epithelial tissue, connective tissue, muscle tissue, nerve tissue); (3) Monographs: organ system (nervous system, Eyes and ears, circulatory system, skin, immune system, endocrine system, digestive system, respiratory system, urinary system, male reproductive system, female reproductive system).
The knowledge points of 《Histology》 are expressed with MOOC style. Includes: introduction, cell, four major organizations (general) and organ system (each theory) which are divided into chapter. Each chapter is divided into several knowledge points, each knowledge point is a video, a total of 54 videos.
Our goal is to enable Chinese medical students and students from all corners of the world to know the MOOC in China and understand the microstructure and related functions of organs in the human body. It provides the necessary theoretical knowledge for in-depth exploration of the mysteries of the human body.
Through videos, courseware and related development materials of the knowledge points of the MOOC course of histology, understand and master the fine structure and related functions of human basic tissues and organs.
To provide the necessary theoretical knowledge for exploration of the mysteries of the human body and arouse people's awareness of service for the sustainable development of environmental protection.
