课程概述

本课程以培养法律复合型人才为目标，以英美法系的介绍为起点，介绍法律职业者的不同角色，侵权法、合同法、公司法、物权法并结合案例分析、及法律英语考试（LEC）相关要求，通过律政剧，如《傲骨贤妻》、《皇家律师》等剧情中的案例，诠释相关法律的英语表达方式、在戏剧冲突中体验法律正义之美。通过英律政美剧学习英美法律体系、合同法、公司法等基础法律常识，在欣赏视频中习得法律英语，避免枯燥记忆，原汁原味学习法律英语！


证书要求

 

平时成绩50%，期末考核成绩50%。

其中，平时成绩包括作业，出勤，线上参与，以及线下课堂活跃度。
