《空乘英语》课程旨在帮助空中乘务专业学生在提高英语应用能力的同时，了解空乘服务的知识与技能，是兼具系统性、专业性和实用性的行业英语课程。

本课程以英语为载体，系统全面地介绍了空乘服务的各个环节中所需要的专业知识和常见场景的处理方式；让学习者在学习地道英语的同时，了解空乘专业知识、服务常识，掌握空乘专业词汇和常用句型，提高空乘专业英语应用能力。

没有证书要求。

课程要求学生有一定的英语运用能力，相当于高等学校英语应用能力考试A级水平。课程设计以乘务员工作过程为导向以培养职业能力为核心，以项目为主体，用任务进行驱动。教师根据乘务员的真实工作内容和过程选取实践教学内容，创设学习情境，引导学生在真实的服务情境中学习使用专业英语解决旅客问题的技能。学生在老师的指导下，模拟处理在整个服务过程中遇到的各种问题和突发事件，培养学生职业背景下的英语沟通能力和应急处置能力。
