课程概述


  《制冷原理与设备》课程主要讲授以相变制冷为理论基础的蒸气压缩式和溴化锂-水吸收式制冷循环,制冷系统中常用制冷设备、制冷机组和制冷装置的结构、工作原理、特点及应用。本课程充分考虑受众在教育层次和学习目标上的多样性及育人功能,按照“课程-模块-任务-知识点与技能点”进行结构设计和资源开发,将制冷原理及其常用设备的经典内容及新技术优化组合而成。每个学习任务前有随堂测试、学习中有讨论、学习后有单元测验和能力训练任务,有利于增强学生对职业岗位的认知。课程对接“制冷工”职业标准和产业发展及岗位需要,聚焦“产教融合”,以培养学生制冷设备使用、选型和技术改造能力为目的,培养学生综合运用所学知识,分析与解决工程实际问题的能力和创新能力,培养职业道德和工匠精神。

    本课程充分发挥专业课的育人功能,将思想政治教育元素有机融会教学中。课程教学资源与时俱进,不断更新、优化,贴近工程实际。课程面向国内、国外高职在校生、企业员工和社会学习者,满足学历教育、企业培训、继续教育等需要。

    The course of Refrigeration Principle and Equipment mainly teaches the structure, working principle, characteristics and application of steam compression refrigeration cycle and lithium bromide-water absorption refrigeration cycle based on phase-change refrigeration theory, as well as common refrigeration equipment, refrigeration unit and refrigeration device in refrigeration system. This course gives full consideration to the diversity of the audience in the educational level and learning objectives and the educational function, carries out the structural design and resource development according to the "curriculum module task knowledge and skill points", and optimizes and combines the classic content and new technology of the refrigeration principle and its common equipment. There are classroom tests before each learning task, discussions during learning, and unit tests and ability training tasks after learning, which are conducive to enhancing students' understanding of professional positions. The course is connected with the professional standards of "refrigeration workers" and the industrial development and post needs, focusing on "integration of production and education", aiming at cultivating students' ability to use, select and transform refrigeration equipment, cultivating students' ability and innovation ability to comprehensively use the knowledge learned, analyze and solve practical engineering problems, and cultivating professional ethics and craftsmanship spirit.

    This course gives full play to the educational function of professional courses and organically integrates ideological and political education elements into teaching. The course teaching resources keep pace with the times, constantly update and optimize, and close to the actual project.
