Any principled methods? How to schedule distributed loading time? Any scalars for monitoring measurements? Any concrete guidelines or course contents? Any approaches or skills applied? And in the whole process of subject-relevant or item-specific training durations how can we regulate or modulate them? These doubts are to be clarified in the following seven chapters.

课程概述

 《运动训练学》是研究运动训练规律以及有效组织运动训练活动的行为科学,通过运动训练学课程学习,可以从运动训练科学的高度审视训练实践,从训练实践需求的视角研究训练理论,从运动训练学科理论体系的主体内容入手,了解运动训练学的相关理论知识、运动训练的基本原则、运动训练方法、运动员竞技能力及训练、训练计划的制订与实施、运动员科学选材等运动训练的理论知识,从而指导我们运动训练实践和科学体育健身。

   本课程32学时,课程设计坚持以学生为中心的教学理念,把立德树人和弘扬社会主义核心价值观融入课程教学体系。教学过程中,按照运动训练学知识体系的通识性和学生的需求,以关键问题为导向,理论联系实际的进行知识讲解和立德树人教育,按照问题——探讨——反思——提升的主线组织每一知识点的教学。通过线上线下混合式教学,使学生了解运动训练的一般理论和方法;通过翻转课堂教学,提高学生分析归纳问题的能力;通过训练实践活动,提高学生解决实际问题的能力;通过立德树人教育,为社会培养品德高尚、人格健全、意志坚定的人才。

   本课程全程采用中英文字幕,能够扩大课程的国际影响力;线下教学与云创课深度融合,激发学生的学习积极性,提高教学效果。 

“Sports Training” is a course designed for a study of behavioral science about effective sports training guidelines and managerial activities. It is a compulsory course enlisted in the National Sports Curriculum Standards for Tertiary Physical Education, or serves as an optional one intended for a general program with 32 credit hours at the Chinese higher institutions. The course is comparatively well-designed and depicted, embracing its main theoretical endowments and practical skills. And it is a pedagogical realization of a student-centered ideology, displaying a systematic instructional manifestation of enhancing morality and promoting socialist core values. Throughout the conduct of the course both professors and students are able to combine and connect how sports theories and practices are interrelated and interactive in respect of sports training. From understanding sportive systems to practical training skills or techniques, students acquire knowledge of determining sports approaches to varied items, basic guidelines for structuring training programs, key steps for scheduling athletic activities, and selecting prospective sports elites. The whole online course comprises episodes of main athletic points depicted in the curriculum design, coupled with HD videos on general sports in view of the students’ needs; mingled with problem-solving instructions on elaborations of theory and their applicability for cultivating sports talents; and streamlined with athletic signals for pedagogical practices in line with “question-discussion-reflection-elevation”. The goal of the undertaking is to fulfill online deliveries of lecture on general sports training approaches and their applications, segmented with flipped classes, so as to raise students’ awareness for doing analytical and inductive analysis in their trainings. Armed with practical training methods, students are able to tackle some real-time obstacles, in the meanwhile, aiming at cultivating sports talents with decent athletic morality, good personality and capability, and strong determination.

1. It is intended for course takers to integrate both online and offline learning activities in the whole process of knowing basics for doing sports training.
