With the emergence and rapid development of the Internet, huge changes have taken place in the production, dissemination, and acquisition of information. The role of information in economic and social development has become increasingly prominent. People use the term “information society” to describe the picture of today’s society, and information has become the resource that is more important than material and energy. Information economic activities for the purpose of developing and using information resources are expanding rapidly.
