一、课程背景与定位 / Course Background and Positioning  

王新华教授主编的《中医学（本科/双语教材）》（Traditional Chinese Medicine, Undergraduate/Bilingual Edition）是普通高等教育中医药类规划教材，专为临床医学专业本科生、留学生（MBBS）及国际中医爱好者设计。教材以人民卫生出版社经典中文教材为蓝本，系统整合中医核心理论与现代医学视角，强调中医思维方法、专业术语的双语转化能力，以及临床实践技能培养。  

This textbook, edited by Professor Wang Xinhua, is part of the national higher education planning series for TCM. It serves as a foundational resource for clinical medicine undergraduates, international students (MBBS), and TCM enthusiasts, bridging traditional theories with modern medical perspectives through bilingual pedagogy.  

 二、课程目标 / Course Objectives  

1. 知识体系构建  

   - 掌握中医基础理论（阴阳五行、藏象学说、气血津液）与病因病机（六淫、七情、痰瘀）的核心框架。  

   - 理解中药分类、方剂配伍原则及针灸经络系统的临床应用。  

   Knowledge: Master TCM's foundational theories (Yin-Yang, Five Elements, Zang-Fu Organ Theory) and etiological mechanisms (Six Pathogens, Seven Emotions); comprehend herbal classification, formula design, and acupuncture meridian systems.  

2. 跨文化沟通能力  

   - 通过双语教学，精准翻译中医术语,并能用英语阐释中医诊疗逻辑。  

   Skills: Develop precise bilingual translation of TCM terminology and articulate diagnostic reasoning in English.  

3. 临床实践与创新  

   - 培养辨证施治、针灸操作及中西医协作能力，适应国际化医疗环境需求。  

   Clinical Practice: Cultivate skills in syndrome differentiation, acupuncture techniques, and integrative medicine collaboration,adapt to the demands of an international medical environment.  

 三、课程内容与模块设计 / Curriculum Content and Modules  

教材共11章，分为四大知识模块，辅以临床案例与经典文献研读（详见附录Ⅲ）：  

The textbook comprises 11 chapters, structured into four core modules with clinical cases and classical text analysis (Appendix Ⅲ):  

 1. 基础理论模块（Chapter 1-4）  

- 中医哲学与生理学：元气论、阴阳五行学说、藏象理论及体质分类。  

  Philosophy and Physiology: Original Qi, Yin-Yang Theory, Zang-Fu Organ Theory, and constitutional analysis.  

- 病因病机：外感六淫（风寒暑湿燥火）、内伤七情（喜怒忧思悲恐惊）及痰饮瘀血的病理机制。  

  Etiology and Pathogenesis: Six Exogenous Pathogens, emotional disorders, and pathological substance accumulation.  

 2. 诊断与治疗模块（Chapter 5-7）  

- 四诊技术：望诊（舌象、面色）、闻诊（声音、气味）、问诊（十问歌）、切诊（脉象分析）。  

  Four Diagnostic Methods: Inspection (tongue and complexion), auscultation (voice and odor), inquiry (ten questions), and palpation (pulse analysis).  

- 治疗原则：“治未病”理念、扶正祛邪、三因制宜（因人、因地、因时）。  

  Therapeutic Principles: Preventive treatment, balancing vital Qi and pathogens, and adaptive strategies.  

 3. 中药与针灸模块（Chapter 8-10）  

- 中药学：300余种药材的性味归经（如黄芪补气、黄连清热），方剂组成规律（君臣佐使）。  

  Pharmacology: Properties of 300+ herbs (e.g., Astragalus for Qi tonification) and formula composition rules.  

- 针灸推拿：14经络与361穴位的定位（如合谷穴LI4），针刺手法（提插捻转）、艾灸与推拿技术。  

  Acupuncture and Tuina: Meridian pathways, needling techniques, moxibustion, and manual therapy.  

 4. 临床整合模块（Chapter 11）  

- 疾病诊疗：内科（咳嗽、消渴）、妇科（月经不调）、儿科（疳积）及肿瘤的中医治疗方案。  

  Clinical Integration: TCM approaches to internal medicine, gynecology, pediatrics, and oncology.  

- 经典案例研读：《黄帝内经》养生观、《伤寒论》六经辨证的现代应用。  

  Classical Case Studies: Modern interpretations of Huangdi Neijing and Shanghan Lun.

   - 使用中英文对照PPT与术语表（如“气血”译为 Qi and Blood），结合AI翻译工具强化术语记忆。

- 形成性评估（40%）：  

  - 小组病例分析报告（英文撰写）。  

  - 针灸操作考核（如准确刺入足三里ST36）。  

  Formative Assessment（40%）: Case reports in English and acupuncture technique evaluation(For example, accurately inserting into Zusanli ST36).  

- 终结性评估（60%）：  

  - 闭卷考试：英文命题，涵盖辨证论治方案设计（如糖尿病的中医分型治疗）。  

  Summative Assessment（60%）: Written exam in English and treatment plan design(Such as the pattern differentiation treatment of diabetes in TCM).
