课程概述

化工工艺学双语课程是面向化学工程与工艺专业学生开设的专业课,是化学工程与工艺专业的核心课程。本课程主要讲授化学工艺基础、烃类热裂解、芳烃转化过程、合成气的生产过程、加氢与脱氢过程、烃类的选择性氧化、羰基化过程、氯化过程等内容。通过课程学习后,学生能够掌握化工生产过程的基本原理、典型工艺过程的方法、流程及工艺条件等,了解化工生产中的设备材质、安全生产、三废治理等问题;能够抽象出物理、数学模型,掌握处理工程问题的基本方法,具备选用不同方法处理工程问题的能力;能够掌握化工单元过程进行工艺流程设计与优化的能力,并在设计过程中体现创新意识;掌握识别、分析和评价化工产品、技术、工艺、项目的开发和应用对社会、健康、安全、文化的潜在影响;能够掌握化工工艺基本双语知识,并能进行基本的交流和沟通。

Chemical technology course is a specialized course for students majoring in chemical engineering and technology. It is the core course of chemical engineering and technology major. This course mainly teaches the basis of chemical process, pyrolysis of hydrocarbons, aromatics conversion process, syngas production process, hydrogenation and dehydrogenation process, selective oxidation of hydrocarbons, carbonylation process, chlorination process and so on. After learning the course, students can master the basic principles of chemical production process, typical process methods, flow and process conditions, and understand the equipment material, safety production, waste treatment and other issues in chemical production. Able to abstract physical and mathematical models, master the basic methods to deal with engineering problems, and have the ability to choose different methods to deal with engineering problems; Ability to master chemical unit process design and optimization of process flow, and reflect innovation consciousness in the design process; To identify, analyze and evaluate the potential social, health, safety and cultural impacts of the development and application of chemical products, technologies, processes and projects; Be able to master the basic bilingual knowledge of chemical process, and be able to carry out basic communication and communication.

根据本课程的特点及其对毕业要求的贡献,确定《化工工艺学》的课程目标如下:

According to the characteristics of the course and its contribution to graduation requirements, the course objectives of Chemical Technology are determined as follows:

Course objective 1: To understand the general situation and development trend of today's chemical industry, and have the basic knowledge points, basic principles, methods, processes and conditions of typical process of chemical production process.

Course objective 2: To understand the selection of chemical process conditions, analyze and calculate the chemical process using chemical dynamics and thermodynamics.

Course objective 3: Be able to express your design ideas and calculation results correctly with words, formulas, diagrams, etc.

Course objective 4: To develop students' ability to analyze the general problems in chemical process or complex chemical engineering independently and propose solutions from the perspective of chemical professionals.

Course objective 5: To master the concept of chemical technology in English and to be able to describe the process of chemical technology and matters needing attention in simple English.
