课程概述

财务分析（双语课）是针对企业财务报告为材料，站在投资者等企业利益相关者的角度对企业的财务报告进行解读与分析，以便做出正确的经营决策。本课程以国外教材为主，进行双语教学，以帮助学生在掌握财务分析方法的同时，提升专业领域的英语能力。


Course overview

Financial analysis (bilingual course) is to interpret and analyze the financial report of an enterprise from the perspective of investors and other stakeholders, so as to make correct business decisions. This course is mainly based on foreign textbooks and bilingual teaching to help students master financial analysis methods and improve their English ability in professional field.

授课目标

通过《财务分析（双语课）》课程的学习，能够全面系统地了解企业的主要财务报告，以及如何运用财务报告提供的信息进行必要的决策分析。通过该课程学习使学生了解企业财务分析的基本知识和基本概念，了解不同类型企业财务报表的特点，了解美国财务报告的会计相关准则。要求学生熟悉现行企业主要财务报告，熟悉其基本的格式和主要报告项目，并进而利用财务报告，分析与评价企业财务状况的优劣、现金流量的状况、经营成果的大小、经营管理的得失等。基于双语课教学的要求，要求学生熟悉常见的英文单词，掌握常用的财务专用术语，能够理解中等难度的专业英文材料，能够准确的翻译成相应的中文。

 

Teaching objectives

 

Through the course of financial analysis (bilingual course), we can understand the main financial reports of enterprises comprehensively and systematically, and how to use the information provided by financial reports to make necessary decision analysis. Through this course, students can understand the basic knowledge and concepts of enterprise financial analysis, understand the characteristics of different types of enterprise financial statements, and understand the accounting standards of American financial statements. Students are required to be familiar with the main financial reports of current enterprises, the basic format and main report items, and then use the financial reports to analyze and evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of the enterprise's financial status, the status of cash flow, the size of operating results, the gains and losses of operation and management.

证书要求

1. 本课程在考核方式上采取单元测验与期末测试相结合的形式，单元测验占50%，期末测试占50%。

2. 单元测验仅有一次考试机会；期末测试有且仅有一次考试机会。

3. 所有测验（包括单元测验和期末考试），请在点击开始作答前谨慎操作，如出现因为个人操作失误、网络卡顿、浏览器不适配等原因导致考试中途退出而失去考试机会的情况，由考生自行承担后果。

4. 最终成绩60-79分，认定为合格；最终成绩≧80分，认定为优秀。

5. 本平台不提供免费的证书，课程结束后成绩合格和优秀的学生可以自愿申请认证证书。
