The course of Modern Real Estate Appraisal is established based on the Chinese University of Mining and Technology's excellent courses and the key textbook of "Real Estate Appraisal" for the universities in Jiangsu Province during "12th Five-Year". The course introduces the latest theories and methods of real estate appraisal at home and abroad, and integrates a large number of examples. A number of experienced teachers will teach the course together and explain profound contents in a simple and easy way. The teaching contents are divided into real estate and real estate appraisal, fundamentals of real estate appraisal, the sales comparison approach, the income approach, the cost approach, hypothetical development approach, the land datum value method, the big data appraisal method, the development of international real estate appraisal, the appraisal report of real property and other modules.

The objective of this course is to bring learners closer to the modern real estate appraisal. The course of The Modern Real Estate Appraisal is comprehensive, practical and professional. The purpose of this course is to enable students to master the basic theories and methods of real estate appraisal. It help students to understand the basic concept of real estate appraisal, the type of real estate value, the principle of real estate appraisal and formal appraisal process, master the concept and appraisal method of land datum value, master the basic method and application scope of real estate appraisal and the preparation procedure of appraisal report. In particular, through teaching the development trend of real estate appraisal in the new era, the course enables participants to master the big data method, overall appraisal, real estate value index, etc. of the modern real estate appraisal.
