课程概述

All diseases in different systems of human body involving non-surgical treatments fall into the category of internal medicine. Medical Nursing is such a clinical course involving the understanding of these diseases, patients nursing, rehabilitation facilitation and health promotion. Developed on the basis of basic medicine, clinical medicine and humanities and social science, it is not only a generalized course with a perfect integration of theory and practice of clinical nursing, but also the professional and compulsory course for those majoring in nursing. With the advance of medical science and the rise of novel clinical technology, Medical Nursing, as one of the core courses in clinical nursing, has been constantly updating and improving itself, and will demonstrate increasing prominence.


授课目标

Through the learning of Medical Nursing, the students are expected:

a. To acquire the basic theories, knowledge and skills of common medical diseases and their prevention, treatment and nursing in a comprehensive and systematic manner

b. To have the ability to provide holistic care and nursing cooperation with the diagnosis and treatment for medical patients using modern nursing concept

c. To have the ability to evaluate medical emergencies and to assist in the rescue
