About this course

1. Content

After more than 20 years of ups and downs, e-commerce has long penetrated every aspect of people's lives. Its various new models, new methods, and new phenomena are everywhere we go, but we do not necessarily have a deep understanding of the expertise and essential laws behind it.

How do we understand social e-commerce? What kind of “boxing combination” can the mobile e-commerce industry use? What is the essence of old client rip-off by big data? What’s the nouveau play about word-of-mouth? What’s behind Bitcoin's surge? Why does P2P always cause disputes in China? What is the core of the new retail? Is only the distance what cross-border e-commerce can cross over? Do we really have privacy? What are those that actually belong to the sharing economy?

We believe that the above questions are often bothering you as well. For this reason, we invited 7 Ph.D. experts from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law, covering a wide range of subjects (computer, online marketing, supply chain, information management, and more). And we had them carefully select 35 pieces of e-commerce knowledge which you often see but not necessarily really know about, and integrate them into the following eight chapters,  presenting to you All the Matters about E-commerce.

(1) First Look of E-commerce

(2) Ways to Accomplish E-commerce
