课程概述

       商务英语是商务和语言的相互融合,是英语的一种应用变体。随着经济发展的全球化,中国已更广泛更深人地融人国际商务活动,社会对具备商务英语专业技能的人才需求呈不断上升趋势。
       本课程包括十五个单元的内容,每章的主要内容都是以基本的商业行为为主线,从企业的开始创建到经验管理,系统的培养学习者对各种商业情境的认知和理解,训练其从事相关商务活动的基本能力。主要商务理论知识包括商业环境、企业家精神、发现商机、创建企业、组织结构、员工招聘与培训、员工激励、企业文化、生产与产品、市场营销、财务管理、企业融资、企业社会责任、进入国际市场、电子商务。

       商务英语对于不同的人意味着不同的内容。对一些人来说,它的重点是对商业世界的各类商业行为的了解,商务知识的学习。对另一些人来说,它的重点是在工作场所使用的沟通技巧,商务沟通中的语言和技巧。所以,这门商务英语课程的目标一方面是通过讨论各种商务活动主题来增进学生对商务知识的理解,另一方面是通过语言练习提高学生的商务英语表达能力。


授课目标

本课程的目标在于,一方面教给学生一些未来工作所需要的基本商务知识和技能,为其进一步深入学习商务知识打下基础。另一方面帮助学生扩展商务词汇,在商务的语境下自由而充分地运用英语进行交流。总而言之,无论学生是想从这门课程中学习商务知识,还是想练习商务英语表达,都能够从中受益。

预备知识

学习起点:


具备基本的英语听、说、读、写、译等技能;对商业世界和商务活动有一定的了解。

证书要求

       在每个单元结束时,学生需要完成单元测试、单元作业,参与课程讨论。在本课程所有单元的学习结束时,学生需要完成结业考试,总分为100分。学习本课程的学生,最终成绩如果高于60分(含60分),低于85分,可以获得本课程结业证书;85分以上,可以获得本课程优秀结业证书。
