课程概述

        《混凝土无损检测》课程介绍了工程中四类常见质量问题:混凝土强度、混凝土缺陷、混凝土中钢筋、混凝土基桩桩身完整性;十种现场质量检测常用检测技能:回弹法检测混凝土强度、超声回弹综合法检测混凝土强度、钻芯法检测混凝土强度、超声法检测混凝土裂缝深度、超声法检测混凝土内部不密实区和孔洞、超声法检测混凝土结合面质量、电磁感应法检测钢筋直径钢筋间距及混凝土保护层厚度、半电池电位法检测钢筋锈蚀状况、声波透射法检测工程桩桩身完整性、低应变法检测工程桩桩身完整性。主要是针对现场工程质量存在的问题研究常用检测方法,主要仪器的使用,工程检测中的新技术、新材料、新工艺的发展和运用等。旨在培养高职学生对工程的现场检测方法、数据处理、检测报告编写的能力,树立正确的价值观,养成良好的职业习惯,能够从事检测员、试验员、质检员等岗位的高素质技术技能人才。

         The course Non-destructive Testing of Concrete addresses four prevalent quality issues in engineering: concrete strength, concrete defects, reinforcement in concrete and the integrity of concrete foundation piles. It also covers ten commonly used on-site quality inspection techniques: the rebound method, ultrasonic-rebound combined method and drilled core method for testing concrete strength, the ultrasonic method for measuring concrete crack depth, the ultrasonic method for detecting uncompacted areas and pores in concrete, the ultrasonic method for assessing concrete interface quality, the electromagnetic induction method for determining reinforcement diameter, spacing, and concrete cover thickness, the half-cell potential method for evaluating reinforcement corrosion condition, the crosshole sonic logging (CSL) method and low strain method for assessing engineering pile integrity. The course primarily delves into the various inspection techniques commonly used to address issues related to on-site engineering quality. This involves the utilization of main instruments, and the development and application of new technologies, materials and processes in engineering inspection. It is specifically designed to develop higher vocational students' proficiency in on-site engineering inspection techniques, data processing and test report preparation. Its aim is to instill proper values, foster excellent professional habits, and nurture highly skilled technical personnel capable of serving in roles such as inspectors, testers, and quality controllers.

授课目标

        利用互联网优质资源,教给学生混凝土现场检测的常用检测方法,学生会用不同的检测方法检测混凝土四类常见问题;能正确操作常用仪器,会用现行检测标准,通过团队合作,正确制定检测方案,正确填写检测报告;能在工作中及时总结经验,创新工作方法;以守正创新为引领,社会主义核心价值观为浸润,培养学生的创新精神、科学精神、工程思维与智能劳动精神。

        This course utilizes high-quality Internet resources to impart common on-site concrete testing methods to students. They will learn to apply various techniques to identify and evaluate four prevalent concrete issues; be able to correctly operate common instruments, adhere to current testing standards, and collaboratively complete accurate testing plans and reports; summarize experience in time and innovate working methods. With a foundation rooted in maintaining integrity and fostering innovation, and soaked in the essence of socialist core values, the course aims to nurture students’ innovative spirit, scientific spirit, engineering thinking and intelligent labor spirit.

Prerequisites

        The prerequisite courses for this course include Construction Materials Testing, Hydraulic Concrete Structures, among others.  We welcome individuals from various fields who are interested in Non-destructive Testing of Concrete to enroll in this course.

        Question 1: Why is it necessary to participate in the MOOC learning?

        回答(A1):慕课学习是为了让大家对课程内容更好的掌握。大家可以课前学习慕课,做好内容的预习。也可以在课后学习慕课,对课堂内容做好巩固深化。

        Answer 1:The MOOC learning is to let you master the courses better. You can select the MOOC learning before the classroom teaching. Then you can prepare the lessons before class. You can also do the MOOC learning after class, in order to better understand the contents learned on the class.

        Answer 2:You can leave a message to the teacher in the MOOC Q&A area. Teachers are arranged to answer your questions in this course. 

        问题(Q3):每次单元测验会提前多久发布?有几次答题机会?过了单元测验提交的时间节点还能参加吗?

        Question 3: How long in advance will each unit test be released? How many chances are there to answer the questions? Can I still take participate in the unit test after the submission time node of the test?

        回答(A3):每次单元测验会根据学习进度,提前1-2周发布,答题时间充足,请同学们及时登录查看,每个单元测验有三次答题机会,取最高分记录成绩。如果超过了提交截止时间,可以参与答题但不再计分,请同学们把握好时间不要错过!

        Answer 3: Each unit test will be released 1-2 weeks in advance according to the learning progress. The answer time is enough. Please log-in timely to check, there are three chances to answer each unit test, and the highest score will be taken as the result. After the submission deadline, you can still answer the questions but  will not be scored. Please make sure that you do not miss the time!
