《食品微生物学实验》是培养学生掌握有关微生物学方面的基本实验方法和技能的专业选修课。其中包括微生物简单染色及革兰氏染色技术,观察、培养微生物的方法,培养基的配制与灭菌等实验,8个实验,共24学时。从本学期起,我们增加了食品微生物学实验密切相关的虚拟仿真实验,实验平台链接为:http://119.163.195.34:8088/fjnlsp/index.do,针对一些难点实验,大家可进行虚拟仿真实验。
The course is an optional course for undergraduate students majoring in food science & engineering and food quality & safety. The students will be trained to master the methods and skills of microbiology, which include microbiological dye, gram stain, culture, medium preparation and sterilization, and so on. Since this semester, we have added virtual simulation experiments closely related to food microbiology experiments. The experimental platform links are as follows: http://119.163.195.34:8088/fjnlsp/index.do, for some difficult experiments, you can carry out virtual simulation experiments.
通过本课程的教学,使学生能牢固掌握微生物学实验的基本操作技能,加深理解微生物学的理论知识,培养学生独立操作,观察、思考及独立分析问题和解决问题的能力,启迪学生的创新思维。
The objective of this course is to make students master the microbiological experimental skills, deeply understand the microbiological theories, train and develop the abilities of thinking and working independently, inspire student innovative thinking.
