俗话说：女性能顶半边天！那么当代女性应该怎样修养与成长，进而走向健康快乐和幸福呢？我们有这样一门《女性成长必修》课程：2014年重庆市高校精品视频公开课，2017年重庆市社区教育特色课程，2018年重庆市首届精品高校在线开放课程,2023年重庆市职业教育优质继续教育网络网络课程。这门课程对学习者而言正是一门应用性和实践性很强的课，具有很强的跨学科。她主要围绕婚恋、健康、审美、就业等专题，向学习者讲述中国女性在社会、家庭和个人活动中所面临的系列理论问题与现实生活中所遭遇的实践问题，不但可以提高从事女性相关工作岗位人员对性别议题的关怀心、敏感度，提升解决相关女性问题的策略能力，也可以帮助广大学习者获取幸福的钥匙，开启通往健康成长的大门。

An overview of this course

 As the saying goes: Women can hold up half the sky! So how should contemporary females lead towards health, happiness and happiness through self-cultivating and grow? We have constructed a course The Core Course for Female Growth,which is selected as Open Courses of Excellent Video in Colleges and Universities of Chongqing in 2014; the Characteristic Curriculum of Community Education in Chongqing in 2017; the first batch of Excellent Online Open Courses in Chongqing universities in 2018；2023 Chongqing Vocational Education High Quality Continuing Education Online Course. For learners, this course is a highly practical and interdisciplinary course. Focusing on the themes of marriage, health, aesthetics and employment, the course tells the learners about a series of theoretical and practical problems faced by Chinese females in social, family and personal activities, aiming at not only improving the concern and sensitivity of women related personnel to gender issues and the strategic ability to solve related women's problems, but also helping the learners to obtain the key to happiness and open the door to healthy growth.

一、课程定位

本课程是民政服务与管理专业拓展课程。该课程面向社区、社会组织中从事妇女服务岗位的相关人员，致力于培养具有社会性别平等素养与性别敏感问题的批判意识，具有自尊、自爱、自立、自强的人文精神的民政技能人才。同时该课程也是一门适合广大学习者学习的通识课程，其致力于培养学习者对性别议题的关怀心、敏感度，使每位学习者都能以积极的态度正视充满性别文化的人类社会；能以健康的心理状态面对机遇与挑战、困惑与冲突，能以智慧应对丰富多彩的人生，找到一把获取幸福的钥匙。

  二、课程内容

  课程按照“社会性别+”方略，依托女性与自我关系、女性与他者、女性与社会关系反观女性状态，分别将教学内容重构为女性与健康、 女性与 教育、 女性 与审美 专题 ，女性与婚恋 专题 ，女性与文化、传媒、就业专题。

  三 、课程 目标

  通过本课程的学习，学习者应该具备以下知识、技能与素质：

（一）社会主义核心价值观目标

 1.具备自由、平等、公正、法治等价值取向 ；

 2.具备爱国、敬业、诚信、友善等价值准则。

（二）情感态度目标

 1.具备爱国主义、民族团结、社会责任情感等；

 2.具备社会主义公民道德、社会公德和家庭美德意识等；

 3.具备求实的科学态度、积极的生活态度等。

（三）职业素养目标

 1.具备“真、善、美” 的理念，使个性得到充分发展，人格得到完善丰富；

 2.具备鲜明的社会性别平等意识、消除性别盲点、克服性别懦弱；

 3.具备对性别敏感问题的自觉批判意识，拥有创新精神；

 4.增强公民道德、社会公德和家庭美德意识，树立社会主义民主法治、自由平等、公平正义理念，养成爱国、敬业、诚信、友善的优良品质。

（四）知识目标

 1.让学生知道女性在教育、就业、婚恋、健康等领域的现状问题；

 2.能运用性别视角提出现实生活中的女性问题及原因；

 3.能说出相关领域女性问题的解决对策

（五）技能目标

 1.能综合运用所学的相关知识预判女性在相关领域可能遭遇的问题；

 2.能综合运用所学的相关知识和技能帮助女性解决在相关领域可能遭遇的问题；

 3.能制定赋能计划促进女性发展   

 I. Course Orientation

 The  course is an extension course for civil affairs service and management. The course is aimed at relevant personnel engaged in women's work in community and social organizations , which is dedicated to cultivating civil affairs skilled personnel with gender equality literacy and critical awareness of gender sensitive issues, and with the humanistic spirit of self-esteem, self love, self-reliance and self-improvement.The course is also a general course suitable for the majority of learners. It is committed to cultivate students' concern and sensitivity for gender issues, so that every learner can have a positive attitude towards human society which is full of gender culture;promote learners to face opportunities and challenges, confusion and conflicts with a healthy mental state, cope with rich and colorful life with wisdom, and find a key to happiness.

 II.Course content

 According to the strategy of "gender +" and relying on the relationship between women and themselves, women and others, and women and society, the course reconstructs the   contents into special topics of women and health, women and education, wome n and aesthetics, women and marriage, women and culture, woman and media, and woman and employment.
